Dear members of WG8 and WG8 TF2,

the next TF2 and WG8 meetings will take place in Takamatsu, Japan. See all relevant organisational and registration information in the attached SC17 documents, i.e. SC17 N 3944, N 3975, N 3983 and N 3984.
You may additionally inform yourself via WG8 N 1679, which had provided you with preliminary information regarding the meeting in Takamatsu.
The TF2 and WG8 meetings will start at 9 a.m. on all the meeting days.

Your registration should be done using the form in the attached document SC17 N 3944.
